Preparation
We help prepare UMA students for success, helping externs complete orientation and verification — as well as readiness activities to help them meet your professionalism, communication, accountability, and other workplace expectations.

Performance
Throughout the externship/professional practice experience, UMA remains actively involved with students, coordinate scheduling and placement logistics, and facilitate final evaluations. Through it all, we serve as a point of contact for questions or concerns that arise.
